As a co-founder of Edge of Perfection, AJ is constantly looking for ways to elevate the client experience. Whether he's designing new service packages, creating custom cocktail menus, brainstorming themed events, or fine-tuning the smallest details behind the scenes, his goal is always the same—to make hosting effortless while delivering an experience that feels polished, personal, and fun. He believes the best bartenders aren't the ones who simply pour drinks; they're the ones who help create an atmosphere that keeps people talking long after the party is over.

Outside of the business, AJ is fueled by adventure and creativity. He's a huge EDM fan and loves traveling to music festivals, with Bonnaroo holding a special place as his favorite. The sense of community, creativity, and nonstop energy found at festivals is something he strives to bring into every event he helps create. Whether he's exploring a new destination, planning his next big adventure, or dreaming up the next idea for Edge of Perfection, he's always looking for new ways to turn ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.

During hockey season, you can usually find him cheering on the Philadelphia Flyers, and Monday nights are reserved for another lifelong passion—watching WWE Monday Night Raw. Whether he's playing sports, spending time with family and friends, or supporting his favorite teams, Tony brings the same loyalty, dependability, and positive attitude into every part of his life. Those qualities make him not only an incredible bartender, but someone clients and teammates know they can always count on.
